Hi Beth,
when I called the # you posted, it eventually asked me for a PIN #. I called customer service, and they gave me this # 1-888-579-0208, press option 2. and your voice saying your name comes on. I left a message. Hopefully, you got it. Not that it was important, but to know the system works. When you're as technically inept as I am, you try harder.
